Chef Young graduated from Suny Delhi with a two year degree in culinary arts/hospitality management and moved to Vermont to get his start in one of Stowe’s top notch hotels. It was here that he gained the fundamental knowledge and experience needed to proceed in the culinary field.
He dedicated his career to understanding the many different pairings of food. He worked tirelessly in restaurants and hotels to advance his culinary skills to keep up with the fast paced changes in the industry.
Chef Young has worked in prestigious Garden City Hotel for six years as a lead line cook and a Jr. Sous Chef. He also worked in Unique Restaurant as a Sous Chef, Banquet Head Chef at Allegria Hotel, and Executive Chef at Korilla. He now leads the team at Table 7 as Executive Chef and couldn’t be more thrilled to pioneer the kitchen.
Chef Young is bringing a new bistro atmosphere to Table 7. He has a true passion for all things food and exploring flavors that will satisfy his customers.
